Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ZyloPOS software and related services provided by Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd. By registering, trialling or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Service

ZyloPOS provides cloud-based QR ordering, kitchen display, POS and related restaurant automation features. We may update features from time to time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where practicable.

Subscriptions and Payment

Fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew according to your selected billing cycle. Hardware bundles, on-site setup and promotional discounts are as stated on your quotation or invoice. We are not GST-registered; quoted prices do not include GST.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes or to store unlawful content
Attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering or interference with the service
Misrepresent your identity or resell the service without written approval

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adneti Technologies Pte Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
